I've heard the reports. You know that Lana's child is Rod's, yes? He would have wanted them both out of the line of fire.
However, I don't think he is entirely divorced from our cause, just the previous methods in which they were employed. Like a tantruming child, he doesn't like it when his toys break.
The Finnigan boy says that Patil has family members in Dogstar, so I have tasked him to help draw her out. We'll see how he does.
