Mixed reports from Ipswich and NL. Mostly quiet. Still reports of buildings and monuments going to pieces.

Unfortunate he found it so diverting in the early years to go round laying foundation stones. Got word this morning the entire Vale of Health facility dissolved. Have a unit out now, collecting the curse-addled as they wander Hampstead. Not sure where we'll put them. Surplus Sleeper storage, possibly. Shame they got so many days start on us.

For the Vale, why concern ourselves with containment? Take a unit on broomback, disillusioned, and get rid of them. But don't leave it looking like a massacre. Time-delayed body temperature modification would work nicely - they'll be tragically lost to the elements.

Was thinking we could really use Lucius at this time. His connections, his silver tongue. Tosha may fulfill that role effectively. Believe I'll ask him to go courting.

Re. Goblins. Will spread the suggestion quietly. Wish to avoid panic over finances; obviously the populace at large should want to keep their vaults and not be invited to worry needlessly. The underpinnings of their mindless lives are perfectly secure. So far as they need be aware.
